Kaara Dosai at Madras Cafe — Lavanya Srinivasan's Review (Jan 14, 2018)

The crisp spicy dosai accompanied by four different chutneys and sambar was perfect. The spicy dry rub that coats the dosai makes it tastier with the potato masala which is neutral.
