Eggplant Parmesan at Tony's Di Napoli — rajmera's Review (Jan 10, 2018)

Tony Di Napoli is great for a family setting as the portions come in large sizes and are meant for sharing. I'm not normally a fan of Eggplant Parmesan as it's usually soggy, however, here it was fresh and crispy. They also make a great marinara sauce and top it off with melted mozzarella cheese.

They're very flexible with requests for vegetarian/vegan food here as well!
