Duo Ice Cream Cup at Tom's Palette (Bugis) — 老温's Review (Dec 29, 2017)

Had hazelnut and lavender and the flavours and textures were both on point! Hazelnut tasted like a slightly less sweet Nutella while the lavender, which they make by soaking real lavender in milk (my friend who used to work there told me so), had a lovely, delicate fragrance. There are also dairy free options for vegans!
