Eggplant Parmesan at Publico — Sonia Garg's Review (Dec 17, 2017)

Traditional take on an eggplant parm but the eggplant itself is not fried (which I prefer). The tomato sauce was well balanced but I felt there was a little too much cheese to eggplant/sauce ratio. Overall good dish, would try it again.
