Cooked young jackfruit in a raw corn shell topped with greens, avocado, tomato salsa and coconut sour cream.
Moksa's Jackfruit Tacos are a very innovative and healthy version of this dish. Executive Chef Mane uses primarily mashed corn and flaxseeds to make these taco shells, semi-dries them flat and then carefully dries them fully on bamboo stems to get the taco shape. This dish tastes unlike any other taco I have ever tasted, definitely worth a try if you are looking to taste something different.
