Bao burger with Taiwanese braised shiitake tempeh, truffle mayo, sweet daikon pickle and fried shallot.
Aptly names Sloppy Chan, this Bao is messy to eat but so so good! Unforgettable umami flavours of the mushroom filling sing in your mouth long after you have finished it most likely push you to order another. Been here twice on our very short stay in Hong Kong and would probably go back with this being the top things to eat again.
Tip: No reservations, go early and line up before opening as this 15-20 seater restaurant fills up right after they open doors for service.
