7/30: Gosh only 60% of the stalls are open in Lau Pa Sat. So glad that this Thai veg stall is still around. Mixed rice never fails. Love the basil eggplant with tofu. $4 #veganisnotscary

Decent plate of fried rice. Has frozen veg and some tofu. I liked the fake ikan bili garnishing! The sambal on the side was more sweet than spicy.

okayish but not that great - the sweet potato leaf (? the veg on bottom left) is slightly spicy & there are chilli seeds, the chye sim was a little salty but otherwise the pumpkin was p okay $4 caus i got less brown rice (accrdg to the lady she charged me $1 and not $1.50 - altho honestly i find the latter p expensive :O)

I asked for them to reduce the amount of soya sauce, to reduce my gluten intake and they did! Thank you. Didn’t like the frozen veggies in the rice. Loved the stir fry on top, especially the tofu protein bites. They cook on the spot, so this is as fresh as it gets (not the rice of course).

I always forget to use my Kopitiam card here for extra discount 😩 but this was already pretty cheap at $3.50. Was quite pleased that I unknowingly made myself a Thai meal with the sides I picked! Tofu with Thai sweet chilli and Thai basil minced mock meat stir fried with long beans. Overall not too spicy but flavourful 🇹🇭
