It was a weekend special when I went there (June 2023). Tasty and filling. Clear shoyu with a hint of celery and thyme, shallot-chive oil, pulled "pork" made of hemp (slightly spicy), blanched pak choi, bean sprouts with bamboo shoots, chili, chives.
