This was #delicious amd very #filling, it actually lasted me through both breakfast and lunch! Inside the #tortilla is a #tofu scramble, #soysausage, #cheeze, veggie gravy, and #chipotleaiolisauce on the side. I love #aioli and it was perfect for dipping. Overall amazing, flavourful, and something I'd order again! Just over $13. Wong Way Veg is a food truck and I usually see them at farmers markets (like at City Park) and vegan nights (like at Townhall Collaborative in Denver, or Rayback Collective in Boulder).

It’s pretty good food, I just really don’t enjoy the experience at this restaurant. You have to order from their website and they take forever to prepare the food. We ordered 25 minutes ahead of us getting there and still had to wait another 15 mins for the food once we arrived. There’s no seating so you just have to wait in your car for them to bring it out to you. So the you have to eat the food in your car, unless you live close by I guess you could bring it home but we don’t so that’s not an option for us. Def not coming back because of this.

I have mixed feelings about the place. The food was incredible but they have other things goin on that I didn’t like. They’re a food truck but they’ve partnered with a business to be inside for the winter and instead you’re supposed to order on their website and they bring it out to your car on the street. That’s alright if their website works but it wasn’t working today so we couldn’t order and had to go inside the other business (which wasn’t allowing people in) in order to get over to them to tell them what was happening. They let us order in person but the whole situation was just annoying. Then we had to go back to our car and wait for the order to be made. So if you don’t have a car this would really suck trying to eat here bc you’d be sitting out in the cold waiting forever. Plus they serve you with single use plastic silverware that comes in a plastic bag. So idk it’s great food but I probably won’t come here again in the winter time #denver #denvervegan #vegancolorado #coloradovegano
