A bomb of flavour! I absolutely loved this gyros, the meat substitute (I chose the doner over the chik’n) was so well spiced, tasty and abundant: the second picture is the open gyros when I was already super full 😅 you can choose the sauce among different types, I got garlic sauce.

Brilliant dish. Personally I thought the ‘meat’ had a bit of a spongy texture and is not my favourite. I would have preferred a firmer one but I guess this may have absorbed more flavour being spongy. Overall though it was great. I still want to try the doner and the falafel another time.

My absolute favourite takeaway I’ve ever had! We love what the pitta! I always have a gyros and onion rings and my boyfriend has the doner and chips! We have what the pitta 2/3 times a month and we love it every time! #veganvibes

Never thought of nuggets in a wrap before, but the kids usually love the nuggs but want our doner wraps so was nice for them to have their own wrap to eat. A unique eating experience. I’ve never had chips inside a wrap/pitta before. The freshly made pitta is wonderfully soft and soaks in all the flavours of the sauces and ‘meat’ pieces. Quite difficult to eat though. I kept dropping bits out of the sides. Made a nice change to the wrap though. #veganuary #day29 #gyros #turkish #whatthepitta #kebab

I normally always get the Döner one, but felt more like greek food that night. Definitely didn't regret this order! What The Pitta always delivers super yummy food, and that vegan Gyros Wrap was probably better than any meat I've ever eaten at a Greek restaurant. It does get a bit messy when getting it out of the delivery packaging and it's definitely a bit overloaded - but who'd complain about extra food? 20/10 would recommend!
