La mia Norcina l’ho modificata aggiungendo la salsa di pomodoro e cipolla caramellata ed impasto di GRANO SARACENO!! SPAZIALE Offrono praticamente tutto SENZA GLUTINE (cucina separata!!) e con farine di grano saraceno, integrale o kamut !!! Merita tantissimo Soprattutto per l’impegno e la ricerca al dettaglio 👌🏾 In più personale gentilissimo e disponibile, offrono anche dolci (no non frutta o sorbetto!) impegnandosi davvero col Cuore!! I modified my Norcina with tomato sauce added and caramelized onions and chose the buckwheat dough. They offer also the GLUTEN FREE solution since they own a second kitchen for it!
