their power bowls are awesome value, super delicious food, big serving and healthy. the Aztec bowl with shitake mushroom teriyaki is my favourite and the balsamic sauce makes it mouth watering. it's a nice mix with guacamole and sour cream and plenty of vegetables and sweet potatoes. I'm devastated one of the Copper Branch locations in Edmonton is closing, they're highly underrated, please support this vegan restaurant, they're fabulous and the meals are often a highlight of my day, very sad to see them close, they deserve success.
