This carrot cake from Killer Vegan in Union, NJ, was actually moist; icing was super-sweet which was perfect with the not sweet cake. My husband and I agree that it is THE BEST vegan carrot cake we have ever had. We ate a full meal before the cake. Good burger, sweet potato fries were crispy not soggy, kale salad was not like any I have tasted nor made - liked it, Brussel sprouts - i mention last cause, well, they were unimaginative. Oh, and I drank the chocolate (soy) milkshake on the way home. Yum. Not a fancy place, but enjoyed the window seat and pleasant staff.
