Purchased from Triple F cafe in Sale, Vic. Before I review, it should be noted that this cafe tends to change its dishes around from time to time, and so another dish of the same name may appear later, but have completely different ingredients. The proof of how good this is, is evidenced by the fact it didn't last very long after the photo was taken! It is not a hot curry, more a flowery, cardamom pod type flavour. It has a delicate taste, and would certainly be ok for people who don't like spicy food. I am actually a big fan of runner beans and this has plenty in the mix. I look forward to getting this dish there again.

The vegan Veggie Noodles were purchased as a takeaway item from Triple F Cafe in Sale, Vic, which I then reheated for my lunch. These Noodles are something I purchase there regularly. They taste great and are a hearty meal size. Indeed, if I am on the go at work I might only eat about half, which pleases my wife and she eats the rest when I get home! They are in some sort of Soy Sauce I think, but truth be told I am not really sure. Otherwise it has peas, sweetcorn, carrot, cabbage and runner beans thrown in the mix. Overall, I recommend this dish as a decent sized meal, that is reasonably priced and tastes good. What more could you ask for? Well maybe you could ask for more sustainable packaging as it comes in a plastic tub (can be recycled) but I honestly don't know what to suggest. I may chat to them about options. So I said to her, "I knew you were vegan, I could tell by the way you walk." "By the way I walk?" "Yeah, you don't scrape your knuckles along the floor."

Purchased from Triple F Cafe in Sale, Vic. This is a new item for them and I looked forward to having it for my lunch at work. Served cold, there were two salad type options to choose from, so I asked for a bit of both. In a basic description, the Peanut 'Slaw is the pasta with a peanut sauce, the other is a Cous Cous dish with peas, sweetcorn and spring onion. It tasted very nice and would happily have again. It suits the busy office as I don't have to microwave. As you can see, it is served in a cardboard type bowl to reduce waste, however, it did come with a plastic lid (recyclable?). Overall, I appreciate the vegan options this cafe offers in a rural town. If I were to make a candid and open suggestion, as much as I liked it, I am not the biggest fan of peanuts, so maybe an alternative sauce on the pasta would suit my taste buds, but that is just my preference.
