(Vegan, with tofu instead of eggs) I’m so glad I got this. I honestly had never had southern benedict eggs before, nor cornbread since i’ve been vegan. This dish was so delicious! The cornbread was really sweet and soft, like I remembered, and the sausage and hollandaise sauce were sooo good together. I would’ve liked the tofu to be cooked in some way rather than just plain, but it still tasted really good with the sauce and arugula on top. I’d definitely have this again whenever I came back to this place 😋
It came with breakfast potatoes though, I ordered salad to make it lighter and it was good too.
