Vegan Dumplings

Steamed vegan dumplings filled with spinach, shiitake mushrooms and pinenuts.  Slathered with peanut sauce…spinach? I can’t taste spinach or mushrooms or pinenuts, just dreamy peanut sauce. ;0).  Classic Shanghai comfort food made in Toronto.  Delicious!
