Blaze Pizza is a Pasadena, California–based fast-casual pizza restaurant chain, founded by Rick and Elise Wetzel in 2011. The chain's first location was opened in Irvine, California, in August 2012. The chain serves made-to-order pizzas, with a choice of various sauces and toppings. The pizzas are cooked in a high-temperature open-flame oven with an average cook time of three minutes. The only piece of cooking equipment inside each of the restaurants is an oven.

We ordered from signature pizza menu adapted to vegan:. "Green Stripe". Arugula was old! Wish i had known and subbed the baby spinach. Please do better guys! **Also add one fully vegan choice to your 8 signature list.**

I ordered the Veg Out pizza and asked them to replace the cheese with vegan cheese 💪🏼. All the ingredients were fresh, the sauce tasted natural and the cauliflower dough was majestic!! … the only down side was the cheese, even tho I was thankful they had vegan cheese… the one they use has a very strong taste so sadly I could not feel the veggies (and no, I don’t have COVID haha). Oh and I also added tons and tons of arugula after it was baked (you can add other ingredients for no extra cost). ⚠️ Also… DON’T order the “Take two” option… they give you half of the pizza and I saw them throwing the other half of the dough straight to the rubbish-bin!! ⚠️ #MyPizzaCollection

This pizza is good. I made my own vegan pizza. It is kinda expensive when you think about how you could make this at home, but I enjoyed going out and eating with my friend a decent meal.

I love how quick it is to get a personalized pizza, they have a veg pizza but I really recommend you build-your-own. They have Daiya cheese and a few sauces (FYI the pesto has Parmesan in it, so avoid it). They also have assorted crusts like gluten-free, keto and I splurge and get the cauliflower (so it’s guilt-free) but that costs an extra $5. The toppings are endless! They have roasted garlic, squash, roasted red pepper, even vegan chorizo! The pizza only takes 3-5 minutes to cook and you can get sauces for dipping and they even sell small bottles of vino! I love it. Staff also use new gloves if you say you are vegan so there is no cross-contamination. So quick and delicious, I highly recommend it!

Whenever I feel like pizza I hit up Blaze. I love the thin crust and the fact that they have a lot of veggie options. They do offer Vegan cheese which is the Daiya brand I believe. #blackgoat
