HIGHLY recommend visiting Toast. There are a few locations on Long Island. I order the avocado toast and add scrambled Just Egg on top. So good ! I wanted to share the vegan menu with you guys 🌱

Yoooo this avocado toast with Just Egg on top was everything!! It has micro greens, tomato’s, and a side of potatoes. I would order this again in a heart beat! 🤤

Beyond delicious, much better than I anticipated. The multigrain roll was so soft and went great with the spinach, sun dried tomato, pesto and “mozzarella.” The “chicken” was perfectly breaded and the fries were perfectly crispy😋

The tofu scramble from Toast cafe in port Jeff definitely didn’t disappoint ! I was expecting more a scramble with the veggies mixed in but was made out of tofu cubes ! Added a little ketchup and it was fire 🔥!
