La classica fava greca (purea di cicerchie non di fave). Buonissima, gustosa e ottimo il contrasto dolce con le cipolle caramellate. Un tocco di paprika piccante a guarnire. 10 e lode.

Con besciamella e ragù di soia. Moltissimi anni fa mangiai purtroppo quella di carne ma ricordo ancora il sapore gustoso (dato tra l'altro dalle melanzane) e questa è praticamente identica. Il ragù di soia è delicato quindi meno stucchevole e più digeribile. Bravissimi e complimenti a Mara, la proprietaria
