I didn’t enjoy this dish really, because for having tried some homemade pancakes (cooked by friends) I know now that pancakes are good when they have many fruits and a generous sugary sauce. I was very disappointed then that this has just a few poor bananas, even one on the inside that looked like an old one (second picture) maybe it was a dried one but there was no other dried bananas so it is weird. They give you the choice between granolas of different flavours, but I don’t see the point of adding more carbohydrates on pancakes! Even just for adding crispy isn’t interesting. The presentation was not great mostly because the pancakes had different diameters and the bigger one was on the top, strange. The waitress proposed me marple sirop, I said yes but I didn’t see any on my dish, so I asked her to not charge extra if was supposed to be an extra. For 11€50 I would expect some more fruits, and more interesting than bananas, because bananas have a kind of similar texture than pancakes already, so we need red fruits and berry’s or apples, maybe other ideas like pineapples, according to me something a bit acid and light, with peanut butter or something... And/or lot of sauce! This creamy few sauce was not enough to balance the dry and heavy texture of the pancakes. I waited a long time to be served, but I guess maybe they had more customers they expected, and this restaurant proposes cows milk in the coffee, so it is not 100% plant based. Voilà, I hope they have other better dishes and that they make better pancakes in the future.
