The lunch room and Detroit filling station’s vegan Mac and cheese. The huge bowl was impressive - that’s for sure! They make their own nutritional based vegan cheese sauce.

So good and fresh, this is my first time having this dish @ TLR and it will be my go to from now on! Very filling, the tofu is marinated and sliced thin, the mushrooms were marinated and delicious too. Be careful of the sauce- very spicy, I just dotted it on.

Delicious meal! These “Silver-Dollar Buttermilk Pancakes” (soy-milk based) are one of their breakfast foods only offered in the mornings! I got mine made with fresh blueberries.
