Not quite a "Dish" but it is the perfect drink to go with every dish. This is yogurt and in Lebanon it's called Laban Aayran. This veganized version is just as good and as creamy!!!! In love.

A good reinterpretation of a shawarma. A mix between a shawarma and a philly steak. Really good mock meat with spices and cheese sauce. Could benefit from more meat but definitely a nice change.
