Bear with me, had to review it long enough to make my bucks worth. At $16 a pop, hands down the most expensive vegan fried rice ever to coat my tummy, also the only vegetarian thing on the menu. The rest of the clique were busy enjoying their seafood ala carte buffets which the joint is (in)famous for. Had to request for veganisation with the usual drill of no alliums, eggs and meat/fish sauces associated with Chinese cooking. Tasted pretty vegan I must say with peas and long beans scattered throughout the plate. Truffle comes in the form of truffle oil, so don't bother searching for slices of it. Not a pleasant experience overall watching the live crabs vanish from their plastic tanks and plated motionless moments later on the raucous table. Life as I know it ~
