We happened to pass by this craft ice cream booth in Observatory. They had about 3/4 really interesting ice cream flavours - including a sweet potato variety. I had a tester of each one and they were all delicious. The millet biscuit flavour has some crunch and was really creamy. Will definitely go back for more!

So this is next level ice cream created by a scientist with a PhD in molecular biology and a passion for the diverse flavours of Africa. Handcrafted ice-cream at it's finest and the flavour combinations are sublime. The owner is very Vegan friendly and all utensils are kept separately. Stop by next time you are in Obs. You won't regret it.

A really interesting flavour — a mixture of a fried doughnut, coconut ice cream and mukokolo (kei apple). Tapi tapi specializes in African ice cream so you get really special flavours you can’t buy anywhere else. Lots of vegan options too so I’ll definitely go back for more.
