*not my photo, its so good I ate it before I remembered to take a pic* The grilled kale and the cold marinated artichoke hearts used to be my 2 go-to dishes at Tapa Bar, I can still remember the first time I got them, they are literally a match made in heaven, the warm and cold playing off each other so well, and the smokiness if each dish with different spice combos that compliment each other so well. I hadn’t been back in years until tonight, when I got them again and it was like snap I was back in time. These might actually be my favourite foods in the world. If you don’t love kale, you will love this. I cannot stress enough how good this dish is. It is marinated in coconut milk, cayenne and lemon and it is AH MAZE ING.
