I love it when they do little latte art like this. The froth was perfect as always, but the matcha powder needed to be dissolved a bit more- there were still a couple of clumps in there. I gave them my reusable cup to avoid using their plastic cups (and they have no ceramic ones even for drinking on-site), but the whole point was ruined when the staff just made the matcha in a plastic cup anyway and just poured it in my cup. So a cup is still wasted whether you want one to be or not here. That’s why they lose some points.
