With almonds, cashews, monk fruit, chocolate chips, mint & more, Uncooked’s mint chocolate chip dessert was disappointing. Not only did it have a subtle astringent taste (if an astringent taste in your dessert can ever be subtle), I think some of the disappointment stems from how much I loved the previous iteration of this owners shop. Maybe today was an off day - I was a customer at her former all raw vegan place for years & was excited to try a few things here. Still, there are a couple of entrees I didn’t buy that look interesting and, I will eventually return to try them. #veganisnotscary
