Description: choice of filling (I chose jackfruit! Other options were brown rice + quinoa + tofu, scrambled tofu, falafel, meaty mushroom, or chk'n schnitzel), pumpkin, spinach, avo, cucumber, beet hummus, mint, mango salsa, and sesame seeds. A bit $$ for the portion size but it was nicely presented, healthier, and pretty delish. Bowl is completely recyclable, even compostable. 😁 #salad #jackfruit
