Visited Cork, Ireland last week and one of our first stops was Sonflour. It looks like a cute little italian eatery, (vegetarian and vegan) nothing fancy - but did it blow up all my expectations. The chef came over to our table and talked to us about their organic ingredients and sustainable practices, what a treat.
The pizza was amazing, I really dont have the words. I first thought it looked to small a serving, BUT the amount of flavour they punched into simplistic ingredients such as mushrooms, onions, tomato’s and peppers 🤯🤯🤯 it’s deep and rich and umami and just everything you dream of. One of the best dishes I’ve ever had, simplicity petfected. Can not wait to return.
