콩불고기 정식~ Soy bulgogi stir-fried with springy glass noodles, mushrooms, eggplant, and carrot sticks. 🍖🍄🥕 Loved how smoky and toothsome the bulgogi was!! Mock meat in Korea really hits different. 🥺 (I believe this textured soy protein product was by the Korean vegan brand Vege Food.) Served with a bowl of daily soup (kelp) and an array of side dishes (including a broccoli tofu scramble, and even more soy bulgogi hahaha). 🥦 Not sure why this was also served with wholegrain rice ahaha, I guess they didn't view the glass noodles as a carb? 🙈 Not complaining though, cos everything tasted great and I did end up eating the rice with the accompanying side dishes too ahaha.
