An updated rendition of their previous Godfather sandwich, this one comes loaded with house made “salami”, olives, capsicum, feta and rocket. Couldn’t detect much pesto at all but the other bits more than made up for it in flavour. The feta was very much melted in and the salami was super good. Just an absolutely delicious, filling, satisfying as hell, toastie. Open a Smith & Deli in Brisbane pleeeeeease 🥹
