THE original plant nuggets are made of potato. These hash browns (yes you too can order these ala carte as a pair rather than part of a non-vegan brekkie set), were a greasy morning delight. Nicely paired too with IKEA's in-house mustard and ketchup.

My gosh this is really too good to be true! Love this soft soya ice cream. People (especially the young) literally come here for this! So reasonable .50 cents only! And refreshing! They had a dish with plant based meat balls, mashed potatoes and veggies on the site for "kids eat free" school holidays promo as well. Awesome

Tad disappointed to find IKEA's #veganfriendly veggie hotdog sans bun were not actually available at the Jurong branch, despite what the website says. Silver lining: verified after looking at the ingredient list that the vegetable spring rolls were in fact vegan. These were fairly simple and straightforward deepfried springrolls, stuffed with cabbage and shredded carrots. And so I say - amen to that.

When your kid actually clamours for this, you know it's good. Simple #asktoveganize too - omit the default mashed potato side for more greens (broccoli, carrots, edamame), and swop the default cream sauce with the tomato-based sauce. Pic is missing one plant ball (5pcs) as the kid was too fast too furious with the munch. #kidapproved

Having no space at my place to self-assemble IKEA furniture, I hereby self-assemble this humble cup of black coffee with IKEA's in-house ketchup. The result was... so terribly unremarkable that no one else should try it. Just go for unadulterated black coffee as normal people would.
