My first try of the TiNDLE chicken! OMG, it was extremely alike to actual chicken meat, quite insane I'd say. The patty was thick, moist and juicy but not oily! Swipe left to see other photos with closeup of the texture. Its fibrosity (?) is a little different from chicken meat itself but it was very convincing in patty form. Privé nicely panco crusted and fried it, and also it comes with a yummy mushroom paté in the burger, BBQ sauce, pickles, coriander and mint, and even lemongrass? Thought I also tasted or smelled something mildy gingery... The TiNDLE reminded a bit of chicken rice chicken! I would definitely recommend this to non-vegan friends who already do not eat beef or red meat much, and usually eat chicken and want to try a plant based version. This is legit.
