I’ve had the beyond burger at other places but the way they put this together was very good. I’m not sure if it was the spicy ketchup or grainy mustard that gave it extra good taste but either way, loved it! Beyond burger, grainy mustard, spicy ketchup, diced onions, ched slice, micro greens, and garlic mayo.

Baby greens, wild rice blend, Beyond chick’n, tofu scramble, avocado, vegan parm, vegan bac’n, herb vinaigrette dressing. The vinaigrette dressing was too strong for me so I used my own homemade vegan Caesar dressing. I’d get this salad again if I was able to get something other than vinaigrette.

Shaved seitan, smoked Gouda, green peppers, balsamic onion sauce, and pizzeria shredz. The taste blew me away. The spices and flavours in this sandwich were so good. I’ve never had seitan before and it was an A+ for my first time. Frisk Market is a cute vegan spot that offers salads, grilled sandwiches, and burgers (all vegan). In their shop they also sell grocery items and plants. I’ll be a returning customer!
