These panko coated fried cauliflower were nice and crispy. The flavour of the teriyaki sauce really made it for me. Everything is vegan here at Kambo so order lots and have some fun 🤪

Cute little bite sized gyoza empanada mashup 🥟 Kambo sushi was one of our fav vegan spots in Santiago. Lots of unique sushi rolls to choose from and great drinks on a great patio. Def recommend checking it out if you’re travelling through 🇨🇱

The star of the dinner at Kambo Sushi was - as the name suggests - the All-Stars Combo. Unbelievable. Every piece is so beautifully prepared in such a perfect combination of flavors and textures that your mouth explodes of happiness after every bite. I'm not kidding, it is that good. I've had a lot of good vegan sushi over the years but Kambo's is a whole other level. It is expensive but totally worth it. Best vegan sushi EVER! #sushi #vegansushi #sushilover #veganchile

This is probably the best roll I've ever had. It consists of fried onion, vegadelphia (their vegan cream cheese), and bell pepper breaded and fried, covered with a champignon sauce. Me encantó! El restaurante es completamente vegano así que uno puede elegir libremente. Éramos dos así que los combos eran la mejor elección de precio sumado a la variedad. El ambiente también excelente aunque tuvimos que esperar un poco una mesa aún siendo día de semana. Las bebidas también riquísimas y accesibles. Definitivamente volveré!
