Good but not great, neither cheap nor expensive. Salad Atelier is that middle-of-the-road option that you neither despise nor miss. And it's always there. And quick. So yeah 😏 Whenever they change their product naming on the menu it's time to reach for the #abillionhacks and get more reviews in #forthedollar 😛 This particular combination gets you (I think) 1 base, 2 dressings, 4 sides, and 1 protein. There are vegan choices for each of these components but you need to know their menu/nutritional information really well. Their GrabFood menu provides scant information, ditto their physical menu 😒 The proteins in particular - there are fake squid and #prawn options from Happiee available, but not in the vegetarian section (beats me). I would say they were healthy but they did dump me an atrociously (and unhealthy) generous serving of oil (one of my dressing choices) 😋

They operate a #saladbar concept, but offer predefined combinations with x and y of various items. This is the entry-level #rabbitfood option 😛, i.e. of the ones without meat, and it offers 6 of the fun elements alongside 1 carbs base and 2 dressings. They have vegan labels but then - annoyingly - choose not to use them on some manifestly vegan-friendly items 🙄 of which there is a generous selection 🙂 Just beware when selecting oil-based dressings. They will give you a boatload, see the tubs in the 2nd picture 😋 Decent serving size, pity that they still endorse #deathbyplastic 😵

Okay, for what this is, the result is brilliant 😋 Some #brownrice, fried #tofu puffs, #fakemeat from Phuture, random vegetables, and a mix of #sesame and #chilli dressings 😋 For under RM15, this #expresslunch is also reasonable good value for this postcode 😉 Delicious and #spicy 😋🔥

A nice salad/sandwich/ #wrap bar with a #diy option and plenty of vegan-friendly items to pick from ☺️ The way they mark vegan-friendly options is annoyingly inconsistent, and I don't like how they put Omni meat under the meats section so the vegetarian combo doesn't allow you to pick that 🙄 The taste is reasonably good, but obviously depending on what you put in. I had a spinach wrap with sweet potato, edamame, white onion, brown rice, almond flakes, sundried tomato, and two of the dressings. That's the view from the 40th floor of KL Eco-City 😊
