As always, loved the vegan food at Saigon. I never finish a meal here, they give you so much food. This dish was very simple and delicious: tofu in sauce, lettuce/veg, rice noodles #veganisnotscary

Saigon Kitchen impressed me again!! I would highly recommend this ginger tofu dish. You get SOOO much food and the tofu is incredibly delicious! There are lots more yummy things on the vegetarian menu and the staff are aware of what vegan means ☺️😁

It's under their Vegetarian menu and has a vegetarian tamarind broth base. It's so fabulous, a massive flavor hit and fresh tomatoes, pineapple, celery, bean sprouts and lots of tofu. No noodles in this soup so it's low carb too 👍 (you could always ask for some noodles on the side of you'd like to add them to the soup). Great fast friendly dining at Saigon Kitchen! And pick up too of course (I personally don't do pick-up cause I don't do any extra plastic. Saigon have said they'll soon be plastic-free🧡).

Very filling and delicious food!Saigon Kitchen has lots of vegan things under their vegetarian section. My mom had the soup. I would recommend this restaurant to other vegans!
