If you’re around West Sussex, please visit this lovely nature reserve. It’s not a large reserve but has well managed pockets of wetland, heathland and woodland with numerous breeding birds and is regularly visited by white-tailed sea eagles. I had the spicy bean sausage roll which was well cooked. Someone else who had it said it was quite spicy but my Indian tastebuds barely registered it, I will say it was well seasoned and filled with hearty kidney beans, butternut and other veggies. #beans

The food at the reserve is catered by an external company but it was toasted well, the pizza sauce blends together the mushrooms and cheese well. The #vegancheese was a good quality. The UK really lacks wide open spaces which can make you feel quite claustrophobic so going to this small reserve can provide a sense of open nature. Any meal eaten off this lovely deck where you might catch a glimpse of a White-tailed eagle gliding overhead is going to be a good one!
