Nel menù della pizzeria di Eataly oltre alla solita Marinara ho trovato questa splendida ortolana. Ho chiesto che fosse tolta la mozzarella e aggiunto il pomodoro. Per il resto finalmente un'ortolana con le verdure di stagione: zucca violina, cicoria e radicchio di Treviso.
