What a discovery!
The taste and consistency are a mix between potatoes and chestnuts 
I preferred the small bites as they were crunchyer but overall I would recommend it

No hay ninguna arepa vegana en el menú pero pedí cebolla en lugar de queso y quedó riquísima: champiñones, pimiento del padrón y cebolla! Los camareros son muy amables, seguro que les pueden hacer algo vegano con los ingredientes que tengan disponibles. La arepa en sí es sin gluten
