I actually ordered the barbecue ribs but it looks to me that I got the barbecue buffalo wings instead, which was totally fine as they’re both made from soy anyway! This dish was pretty good, the soy-based meat had a great texture, however I found the bbq sauce to be too sweet, which ended up making the whole dish a little bit nauseating (the huge portion of fried chicken before might have also impacted too 😬). Red Bamboo is a fully vegan restaurant with a lot of different kind of dishes, most of which from Asian cuisine. This dish though comes from the southern tradition, and it’s a vegan deep fried chicken. It comes with two sides of choice and we picked collared greens and sweet potato fries, which were both amazing. And the fried chicken was out of this world too. The portion is huge, we decided to have it as a shared starter but it could have been our only dish because it was big enough to be a meal for too. I love dumplings 🥟 they have two choices one was fried one steamed . We ordered steamed Whenever we go to Singapore 🇸🇬 we eat dumplings one a week with my granddaughter Olympia . We all love the variety of dumplings they offer . These were nicely made but some how I find in USA 🇺🇸 thick dough used . These doesn’t give delicacy of softness in dumplings 🥟 I find in Asia still they were good . 😊 came with small greens 🥬 too . Nicely plate . These were tasty 😋 .

Today one of my friend wanted to treat me and my sister 👩 . She invited us . As I follow vegan so we set for this one closer to subway 🚇 ride from home and her office . It’s a nice small restaurant with simple decor cozy place . We reach 1:30 on weekdays it was empty 😀 They welcome us Nicky friendly smile 😊 We ordered spring rolls and dumplings 🥟 for starters. We loved rolls came with only 2 rolls in a plate 🍽️. Had to order one more . It was crunch with fresh vege& tofu stuffing. Very tasty with sweet sauce . ( I like salty& hot 🥵 sauce so we got sancharan chill hot sauce too ) Rolls were perfect not oily at all . 😊🙌👍 Everyone enjoyed .
