This vegan cobb salad from Element Gastropub was flavorful and filling. It is made up of romaine and spring mix blend, tofu "hard-boiled egg", housemade "bacon" bits, celery, red onion, tomato and bleu chz dressing topped w/ buffalo fried chik'n. I will say the buffalo sauce was very spicy. The salad is very tasty and all of the ingredients are very fresh. If you don’t mind spicy this is a great #vegancobbsalad.

The smash burger from Element Gastropub was pretty good. The ingredients were fresh and the burger was well put together. The overall flavor of the burger wasn’t my favorite but it was still very good. I really loved the malt vinegar fries it came with as well. #veganburger

I definitely enjoyed this vegan cobb salad from Element Gastropub. It had crisp fresh lettuce, celery and tomatoes. The buffalo chikin was perfectly fried and was covered in a tasty buffalo sauce. It was served with a delicious dressing as well. #vegansalad

They were offering this dish for the Hispanic Heritage month, I think it's originally a Mexican dish. It was really good!! Flavor of the chorizo was great and everything tasted delicious! It was better than expected for me! Presentation of the dish was on point, looked nice and well put. The restaurant is really nice too, we ate outside because it was back in the fall when it was still warm...ambiance was great and service was ok...had to ask 2 times for a glass of water though haha. Even though it was good and I enjoyed it, this dish to me was overpriced at almost $15, but I would come back. This place is a great treat for vegans who miss eating greasy finger foods. They nailed the “pulled pork” imitation! The only con is my sandwich was saltier than I would have liked. Overall a great place to eat!

Element recently added subs to their lunch menu. This is the first one I’ve tried. Loved it! Lots of flavor in the seitan and ‘bacon’ bits. Soft bread. Tasted like a traditional sub. And the last picture is my dog napping (totally unrelated to the sub).

This meal from Element gastro pub in Raleigh, NC is my go to when I want an easy but delicious vegan dinner in downtown before a night of bar hopping! They really only specialize in sandwiches and bar fare but they are really good as what they do! They do change up their menu every couple of months and have even started doing brunch so I’m excited to see what they do next!

Honestly I didn’t love this. I wasn’t a huge fan of the beet salami and the vegan cheese. However, if you’re a fan of beets you should definitely try it! The fries were great though
