This was the vegan daily special and I was skeptical that it would be as good as our server said because she wasn’t vegan and the restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine which sadly also isn’t vegan.  I ordered it anyway and IT WAS UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING! ￼ I couldn’t believe how freakin good it was!  I told them to keep it on the menu as a regular dish and they’re considering it 🤞

NGL this is kind of bland in taste. Would have been better with some added garlic or similar spice to give it something tangy!!
