Really enjoyed this plant-based pizza from Pizza Republic yesterday night. It really changes from the pizzas I’ve had before: the basis is artichoke puree and then it is topped with plenty of yummy vegetables! Mushrooms, onions, belpeppers, zucchini, black olives and rocket. Loved the combination of these tastes! The only downside to me is the dough, which I feel is okay but could be a bit more airy for the pizza to be optimal! The price is slightly too high in my opinion considering it has no vegan cheese not meat in the first place (21,40) but with FoodPanda pick-up discount it came down to 13.19 which made it worth trying 😁
