I was surprised by how much flavor from the HB chicken came through! I think the large chunks of artichoke and tomato just made it hard to eat. Many of the restaurants that used to have it on their menu cut it when the pandemic hit. I just found out Parkway has been making vegan artichoke dip this whole time! It was incredible!! It tastes so close to how I remember Lucé's! I really like the touch of spice in it. Unfortunately, it's pretty spendy for the portion size you get: $12.10 for a pretty shallow dish.Vegan Artichoke Dip
