
The vegan bowl today was a green lentil dahl served with rice and crunchy veggies (red cabbage, daikon and carrots). It was good overall but really lacked a spicy kick in my opinion. It could have used a way more fragrant curry sauce, or additional toppings to spice things up like lime juice, coriander, chili flakes etc. Still, a balanced meal that seems to be cooked with fresh ingredients and sounds a bit like something you’d make at home (only I would add some spices, greens, sauce, well everything that makes a dish exciting to me!). At 12€, I found this a very decent option, but would have enjoyed a better seasoning for a more satisfying experience 🍋🍛
