First of all, I have to say how much I adore the whole theme of this 100% vegan pizza shop and their decor. It's all paranormal, sci-fi themed, and their ghoulish pizza mascot is so cute. The staff is very friendly and I was so pleasantly surprised to hear Glassjaw playing there. All around great vibe in this spot. We ordered The Krycek (their pizzas are all named after characters from The X-Files) which is their white pizza. The Krycek is definitely a good pizza, but I did find it a bit too garlicky for my taste. I really enjoyed the almond ricotta dollops on top and wish there was more of it to balance out the heaviness of the garlic flavor. The crust is excellent. It has the perfect crunch and chewiness. When we got home, we tried dipping a slice in marinara sauce and it took this pizza to the next level. So next time I find myself in Bethlehem, PA I will order The Mulder, which is their plain pie.
