This was the best desert I had in Spain. I thought about it everyday since. It was rich with chocolate and had a creamy pistachio ice cream with it. Just imagining how even more amazing it would have been if the brownie was a little bit warm. I would have fallen into a chocolate coma.

Ahhhh a fig lover’s dream😍 and I am one of them (do I have a fig tattooed on my arm? Yes, I do). Lovely combination of #coconut cream cheese and homemade #fig jam (the chef was extremely happy when we complimented her on this, and it made me happy too), on #sourdough bread, and some fresh arugula. The most classic #plantbased brunch dish: #avocado toast with #tofuscramble , and very well executed! The black salt was in the right quantity to make it smoky and eggy, and both the tofu and avocado were abundant. I am not sure if our waiter was new or no one had ordered this drink before, but he told us this was the first time he made a #beetroot latte, and he was open to feedback. As you can tell by they colour, and I could tell by the taste, I think more beetroot would have been good. The default milk is #oatmilk and that was the predominant flavour of this drink. We ended our second visit to Vegan Bistro in Mallorca with a little dessert. We were already a little full from the previous dishes but we were really craving something sweet so we decided to share some ice cream. The flavors available were pistachio, chocolate and lemon but we both wanted pistachio. The ice cream was served in a martini glass and topped with some syrup. It was very creamy and it tasted good. Very sweet too and the syrup definitely added to it. In this specific instance I think it was the best choice for us, but I do suggest trying more elaborate desserts because when we tasted the cheesecake last time it was very good. The price for this ice cream was 6.90€ which I guess it’s ok considering the presentation and the fact that is served as a dessert in a restaurant, however it seemed to me that it was more on the expensive side. #vegandessert #veganicecream #vegangelato #gelato #icecream #veganrestaurant #plantbasedrestaurant #mallorca
