Green tea flavoured tiramisu with buckthorn ice cream. I would have liked the matcha flavour to be a bit stronger but it was lovely. The ice cream was like nothing I tasted before, it had a zingy citrus flavour. Again we shared this dish and it was more than enough.

Really tasty dish, doesn't look like much but really packs in the flavour. Seared trumpet mushrooms atop fried cassava with a peppercorn sauce. I could eat this all day!

I've never had goose fois gras so had nothing to compare this to. This was delightful! A decent portion, I'm glad we had it to share. The pate had a mushroom flavour and was very smooth, the pickle worked really well with it.
