This has long been a staple menu item at Northstar for many years. The only thing that has changed is the price! It's now $16, BUT it does come with a side. This burrito is stuffed with soft brown rice, crunchy slaw, carrots, and #tofu. It also comes with a side of Thai peanut dipping sauce. It has great flavor, and it's definitely large in size. It's a very generous portion. This usually comes with a side of #tortilla chips, but we changed that our for fries. One suggestion I have for Northstar would be to expand their sauce options. They really only have #peanut sauce for vegans and more variety would be welcome! #veganisnotscary #abillionlove #govegan #veganwraps

This menu starters item was a tad bit confusing. It's listed as a #vegan option available for "fries + rosemary aioli" so you assume they have a vegan aioli, but they don't. You just need to substitute with a dressing or peanut sauce. You're able to replace these fries with no upcharge to your main dish. Usually, they come with tortilla chips. These were nicely salted and have a nice crisp outside and warm inside. I love how they come in their own little dish as well. I stopped going to Northstar for a long time because I've reviewed everything 🤣 but didn't realize you could review dishes at different locations. Northstar has 4 locations in Columbus (Clintonville, Short North, Westerville & Easton), and each has slightly different menus (Clintonville and Short North match up as Easton and Westerville do). Each has an entirely different atmosphere and vibe as well. I was disappointed when they changed my favorite Buddha Bowl too, and it's now called "the Remix." I've had it once before almost 2 years ago at the Short North location, and this was better than I remember. It has a base of brown rice, broccoli, scallions, fried carrot, and purple cabbage, and it comes with a few pieces of #tofu, but it needs more! It's topped with beautiful watermelon radishes. The bowl comes with a side of peanut sauce, but I changed it out for a house dressing instead. It had really nice flavor. Since covid the prices really went up at Northstar, just FYI, this bowl was $17 which is extremely expensive for what it is. This is definitely a treat. I also love the patio here.
